I’m a mom of three, and my journey into postpartum work was shaped by my own experience navigating early motherhood. I’m a double-certified postpartum doula through ProDoula and ABG, as well as a newborn care specialist, specializing in overnight care that prioritizes rest, recovery, and ease for the entire family. I’ve supported numerous families both independently and as part of a professional doula team, caring for a wide range of newborn needs—including twins and preemies. I’m confident in managing varying feeding schedules, routines, and transitions, always meeting each family where they are. My approach is warm, intuitive, and steady. I focus on creating a calm, nurturing environment so parents can truly rest, while feeling fully supported and at ease. I offer personalized overnight postpartum support designed to help families rest, recover, and feel fully supported during the newborn stage. My care includes complete overnight newborn care—feeding (bottle and breastfeeding support), diapering, soothing, and settling—so parents can get uninterrupted sleep. I also take care of bottle washing and sanitizing, light baby laundry, and keeping the nursery organized so everything feels calm and ready for the day ahead. Each shift is tailored to your family’s needs, whether that’s establishing gentle routines, supporting feeding goals, or simply creating a peaceful, nurturing environment where you can recharge with confidence.
