Need help at nights with the baby, feedings, diapers, swaddling.
Baby is a month old and I am exhausted. I need help covering the night time feedings. She is waking up every two-three hours but I have to pump and clean pump parts, and change her, so when I get her back to sleep, it’s almost time to eat again. I would like someone with at least 2 years experience with newborns. I would also like them to be cpr/first aid certified. Additionally, it would be helpful if they could run the bottle washer, wash pump parts, and keep the kitchen counter clean. I have an estimated budget of $20 an hour and would like someone for about 5 hours a night, twice a week.
Looking for an experienced, patient and certified doula who can support in postpartum phase, lactation and night time care! Added bonus if they can do light cleaning
I work 12 hour shifts 7pm to 7am. I have 3 children, soon to be 4. I would need someone to watch the children help them get ready for bed. Then up by 6:30 for school. Also help take care of the baby while I’m at work.
We are looking urgently for overnight care for our newborn. I (the husband) have had severe insomnia for the last year and a half following a kidney transplant. In order to sleep even 2-3 hours at night, I've found that I require a long "wind down" process. But taking care of our baby alone while I wind down and sleep is overwhelming for my wife. We're looking for someone who can come ideally from 9pm - 6am (although there is flexibility there) and care for the baby when he needs feeding, diaper changed, or comforting. Starting tonight or as soon as possible.
