Home delivery Trying to find more information about home birth
African American women 2nd pregnancy First pregnancy was vaginal Plan on giving birth at home 1k - 3k I’d like to give birth at home in my birthing pool and have a lotus birth as well keeping the placenta attached.
I’d prefer a doula with VBAC experience, laboring at home, hospital birth. Help with meal prep would be nice
Looking for prenatal care to start with. I recently found out I was pregnant, so I would like an initial prenatal visit.
Plan to give birth at the hospital and I want to have a traditional birth, with no epidural and delayed cord clamping. I have insurance through Kaiser. I would be able to give birth at Holy Cross in Germantown or Silver Spring.
I’m looking to hire a midwife or a doula or both! If I am able to find a midwife then I’d really like to do a home birth but if that ends up not being an option I would like to hire a doula for a hospital birth. My budget is $2500 but I am flexible and am looking to see if insurance will cover. I have WV Medicaid. I’m looking to have a natural birth with no interventions, and have a doula or midwife that will support and help make that happen. No age requirements, would prefer someone who has had at least one baby but if not that’s ok too! I’m a 21 year old married, first time mom! No special needs or requirements. Someone with knowledge on breastfeeding would be great as well!
I’d like to give birth at home and need full on care for this time. My budget is $4-6k if possible. I’m new to this had my past births were unnatural but in hospitals
I plan to birth at home and am looking for the most affordable option, or potential payment plan. I’m not entirely sure what my ideal birth would be at the moment just that I would prefer the comfort of my home, and potentially a water birth.
I plan to give birth at home with the understanding that in an emergency I might need to go to the hospital. I am looking to have a calm dim lighting birthing space and would like to do hypnobirthing if possible. I need someone who accepts tricare and need to be a CNM. I’d like someone I can trust to help guide me in listening to my body.
