Hospital budget around 1500 natural birth plan w epidural

I want to give birth at a hospital, it is my first pregnancy so I am very anxious with everything and a lot of people say midwives are good

I would like to have a homebirth. My budget is around $5000. I would like to have everything as natural as possible, and a water birth would be great.

I plan to give birth at home. I will be having a natural unmedicated birth. This will be my 2 natural unmedicated birth. I plan on giving birth in water. My budget is $500-700.
