Supply dropping due to this ongoing issue. 28 year old, 2 months pp. Second time mom and pumping journey. I didn’t have these issues before. I need someone to help me. I went to a lactation consultant at my hospital which I gave birth and the care received was of no help. I want to be able to provide food for my 2 month old up to 1 year, as I was able to with my last baby. My nipple seems to be elastic and according to the lactation consultant I need a 22-22mm flange. But my nipple is so swollen and hurts so badly whether I use baby or pumps.
