I have a 6.5 week old and we are struggling to breastfeed. I supply just fine, however latching is an issue and I am desperate for help.
I am having a few little issues/questions regarding breastfeeding. She won’t feed every three hours yesterday or today but she’s perfectly content and has peed and pooped just fine.

My son does not have a deep latch and everyone says he doesn’t have a tie but he squeaks when he eats out of a bottle, he gets hiccups after almost every bottle feed he does, he isn’t emptying me when nursing despite reattaching him and trying to get a deeper latch, we are supplementing him with expressed breast milk bottles or formula because he is still hungry after nursing, he falls asleep after about 5 minutes of nursing but will hold on to my nipple and sleep but when we wake him up he wants more. I can’t get his lips to flange out like they need to be and his bottom lip also tucks in when he’s at rest or when he’s nursing. My daughter had the same issues but no one could find anything so I exclusively pumped with her for 6 months before my supply dried up. He’s willing to try but just doesn’t get a deep enough latch.
