Freda S. Lynom is a Student Midwife, Certified High Risk Doula for Birth, Postpartum, Transition & Loss, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor as well as a Licensed Therapist currently specializing in Perinatal Mental Health support. Freda has supported children and families with over 18 years of experience serving in the roles of: Therapist, Teacher & Educator, Behavior Specialist, Social Worker, Counselor, Mental Health Professional, Mentor, Life Coach, Reiki Master and Holistic Healer. Freda’s purpose in life is to guide children and young souls to reach their fullest potential. Her motto in life is, “It takes a village of unconditional love to care for children and prepare them to lead us into a bright future, and that’s what I’m here to do!”

Our Village Of Love Wholistic Wellness offers prenatal support, childbirth education, nutritional advice, relaxation techniques, antepartum support, labor & delivery support, breastfeeding support for mothers and postpartum support for families to rest and recover after childbirth, while adjusting to their new life journey as well as transitional loss & bereavement doula counseling. Our Wholistic Wellness service include: Life Purpose Coaching, Nutrition & Wellness, Body Movement, Reiki Energy Healing and Spiritual Guidance.
