Hospital birth. Sliding scale for payment. Faith based
I am a first time mom planning to give birth in the hospital with an epidural. Other than that, I have very limited knowledge on the whole process and that is why I’m looking for someone.
I’m planning to give birth in a hospital in the Las Colinas area, Irving TX. My current budget is between $1000-$1500, I’m looking for early labor support, sibling support during labor, and belly binding.
Labor Support: I would like my husband,, to be with me at all times during my hospital stay and present for any and all procedures from hospital admission through discharge. No AROM: I would like to allow my water to break naturally if possible. Please no artificial rupture of membranes unless medically necessary. No Pitocin: Please no Pitocin unless medically necessary. Ok with small amount post-birth. Minimal Vaginal Exams: Vaginal exams only upon my express consent. Please limit exams to the absolute minimum. No Students/Interns: I do not wish for students or interns to observe or participate in my care at this time. No Male Staff: No male staff present in room at all times. No Time Limits: I would like to be allowed to progress without stringent time limits, in the absence of fetal distress or a true medical emergency. Delayed Pushing: I would like to “labor down” until I feel the urge to push. Choice of Positions: I would like to be given a choice to push in whatever position feels most comfortable (such as side lying, squatting, semi-sitting, or on hands and knees) No Episiotomy: No episiotomy without my express consent. I prefer to tear naturally if necessary. No Instrumental Delivery: Please do not use a vacuum extractor or forceps without my express consent. Newborn Procedures No Separation from Infant: I do not consent to my baby being separated from me at any time. In the event of a true medical emergency requiring separation, my partner will remain with the baby at all times. Immediate Skin-to-Skin: Following birth, please immediately place baby on my chest. Delayed Cord Clamping: Delay All Procedures: Please delay all newborn procedures until baby and I have had time to bond. Please perform all necessary procedures in my presence and while baby is in my arms. Breastfeeding: I plan to exclusively breastfeed if possible. If formula is needed, organic is preferable if available.
I'm still very unsure about all of these details and am looking to connect with a few different options to decide exactly what I want to do. I know I don't want to do it at home but think I want to do it at a birthing center as opposed to a hospital and I don't want an epidural.
Delivery in Medical City Alliance, Fort Worth. First birth was natural, second emergency c - section (baby's heart rate) and the current we are attempting to do VBAC.
Just looking. I want an at home water birth with the minimum cost needed. Can work around my budget.
I plan to give birth at home. My ideal birth would be a water birth. This is my first child so I am looking for peaceful guidance for me and my partner.
I will be delivering at Baylor Scott and White Grapevine. I'm unsure of budget and am trying to figure out what my insurance may or may not cover. This is our first child, so I'm not sure what to expect in terms of cost. I would like to have a natural birth, and plan to breastfeed. I would like to avoid an epidural and induction if possible, and would love resources to prepare for a natural unmedicated birth. I want to remain open minded to the possiblity that things may not go the way I want them to. I am with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and have the Blue Choice PPO if relevant.
Hospital in Frisco. $350/week for overnights. This is our first baby and I’m a little scared. I don’t know about birth plan but I want assistance in figuring it all out. (:

Birth plan creation and day of delivery support
I want to give birth in my home. I gave birth to my first in a birthing Center. This time I want to stay home, dim lights, lots of breathing, slow movement, bath tub, help from a doula… I’m hoping pushing will be different than my first baby. I heard there are different ways of pushing than active push and hold… I’d love to learn more about that! Max budget is 10k
Texas health alliance, I’m planning to use insurance through Tricare so I don’t want any out pocket expenses Still making birth plan currently
This will be my third pregnancy but my second child - I had complications while delivering my first and thankfully had a great medical team that helped me recover. I hemorrhaged and had a uterine inversion with the placenta still attarched. They told me if I was to get pregnant again that was likely to happen during delivery and would make me high risk 1.) I plan on giving birth in the hospital as with my first child I had the complications listed above 2.) my budget is 1k or lower if possible 3) I would love to go natural as possible

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I have an OBGYN. I am open to discussing budget. My birth plan includes: I ideally do not want to push for hours or be on my back for the majority of the labor process. I plan to have an epidural. I just found out I am pregnant and am unsure of all the details.
