Hello, everyone my name is Regine. I’m a Fayetteville native, who pride herself in being a good example to my only daughter. I’m currently certified in birth and postpartum support. A childbirth educator and soon to be a PMH-C & CLC. My hobbies are spending time with family , gardening, cooking , and trying out new things. I feel as a support person I like to give evidence based information continuously so you can always make an informed decision surrounding your health. I feel like I’m more than just a doula, I’m into women wellness and maternal health .
