In addition to my certification as a Birth Doula, I am also a clinical Sexologist (educator & coach) and certified Yoga Teacher with focus in women's health, and aromatherapist. Through yoga and pelvic health practices, I guide women in reclaiming body wisdom, relieving discomfort, strengthening the pelvic floor, and preparing for both birth and recovery with intention and grace. As a certified Sexologist, I support your connection to sensuality, intimacy, and self-love—helping you deepen your relationship with your body, your partner(s), and your inner power throughout the transformative journey of motherhood.
