Hi, I'm Elizabeth, your local Birth Doula & Photographer in the Knoxville area. DONA Certified Birth Doula, Certified VBAC Doula (CVD-TVL), Birth Becomes You Certified Birth Photographer, and certified Prep4Partner™ instructor with 4th Trimester Fitness® Method. I’m a self-proclaimed birth nerd, and have been interested in birth work for many years. After moving back to my hometown of Knoxville, TN in 2025 I felt the call to open up my own doula services business.

As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and educational support, paired with documentary-style images that reflect what your experience actually felt like. Not posed, not curated - just real moments of strength, connection, and transformation. My hope is that you leave your birth feeling grounded in your own strength, intuition, and power.

Full-spectrum, evidence-based labor support for families who want to feel prepared, informed, and confident in their birth. Included documentary-style birth photography. These images capture the quiet, powerful moments of labor and the first minutes of meeting your baby. Includes: 𑁍 BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY - Full Coverage Documentary style, unprompted, raw storytelling through my lens. 𑁍 Online Gallery of 50+ Images Digital copies of edited images, delivered directly to you within 2-4 weeks of your birth. 𑁍 In-Home Prenatal Sessions Deep preparation. We’ll clarify your goals, practice hands-on comfort techniques, build your birth preferences plan, and prepare you and your partner for every phase of labor. 𑁍 Prep4Partner™ Course Included Elizabeth is a 4th Trimester Fitness® Method Certified Prep4Partner™ Instructor. This class fosters teamwork and confidence, ensuring both partners feel prepared and connected throughout the birthing and postpartum experience. This class is offered 10 times per year, and doula clients are welcome to join any scheduled class. 𑁍 Continuous Labor Support From active labor through birth, I remain by your side providing physical comfort measures, emotional grounding, positioning support, and partner guidance. 𑁍 On-Call Commitment Text and email access from booking through early postpartum. You’re never left wondering what’s normal. 24/7 on-call beginning at 38 weeks. A vetted backup doula is secured for rare emergencies. 𑁍 One Postpartum Visit An in-home visit to debrief your birth, support feeding, and help you transition into early parenthood. 𑁍 Client Resource Library CUB, peanut ball, TENS unit, evidence-based education resources, newborn soothing support, and community referrals. Payment Plans Available. HSA/FSA Eligible. I intentionally accept a limited number of clients each month so every family receives attentive, personalized support.

Elizabeth was so sweet and caring to us. She brought us all kinds of supplies and made our labor room so cozy and relaxing. She also took amazing photos of the whole labor process (at our request) that we will cherish forever. I also appreciated the check-ins that she sent starting days before entering labor and after. 10/10 would recommend!
