I’m a birth doula and postpartum doula truly looking to help you with the birth you desire. I also would love to help your family in the days after you welcome your bundle of joy!

Birth Doula
1 visit before birth which reviews your plan, expectations and needs of the birth, 24 hour access by phone two weeks before due date with questions or concerns. I will stay at the hospital/home 2 hours after delivery to assure the parents needs are met. 1 home visit after birth

Postpartum Doula
postpartum care includes and not limited to, allowing parents to sleep, cleaning up household, feeding baby if bottle fed, laundry, assisting in any necessary baby needs parents feel they need help with.
