I am looking for someone to come to my home to help sleep train out almost 6 month old. Right now, he requires to be rocked to fall asleep. We want to start lying him down sleepy but awake and try to do the Ferber method to check in on him. We have attempted to get started, but it is not going well. I need someone to help me get over the hump and get a consistent routine going
I plan on having a hospital birth but with as little medications as possible. As close to natural as my body can handle, but in a setting where i have the option and opportunity to change my mind up until the last minute. I want someone able to provide that extra step of care, the nurturing and caring side of pregnancy that is a little less common in a medical setting. My budget is currently still being decided upon but I do have a bit of flexibility in that area.
I would like to give birth at an Air bnb in Winston Salem. I had gave birth vaginally with my first child but had a c-section with my second because he breached himself so I want to be near a hospital in case something happens but would like to have a home birth this time. I’m not sure about my budget. Not sure if my insurance would cover some of the cost.
We plan to give birth at Novant @ Forsyth Hospital in Winston Salem, NC and we prefer a natural birth. We are preferably looking for a doula who accepts the WellCare Medicaid plan.
I plan to give birth in novahealth, I have Medicaid, a unmediacated birth with minimal interruptions/ upright labor positions/but still have options for epidural. I’m looking for a person who can help me through birth, can speak Spanish for better communication, at least 3/4 years of experience, don’t care about age/ I need someone who can be there for me in any way that I may need.
1. I want to do an at home birth but may also have a hospital/birthing center lined up in the event i need it due to complications. 2. Not discussing at this time. 3. Natural
Hi, I had my csection on 22nd May. I am looking for massage therapy to help reduce the pain. Please let me know if you can help with the same
I care for my disabled mother and having to care for the baby and her after I deliver will be very tricky. This is my first baby but I have older sister who has said that caring for the baby while trying to recover is tricky. I just need help with all the tasks!
I’m looking for a Doula that can keep me calm during labor. Encourage me to do the natural birth. I want after a C-section speak up for me when I’m scared to speak up for myself. $300 is my budget I don’t work or anything I just want to go and live on my own, not getting induced and if I do end up getting induced go natural, even though I had an emergency C-section due to my labor have progressing and my daughter heart rate dropping in
I plan to give birth in a hospital. I am primarily looking for a doula to provide education to me and my husband and help advocate for a successful birth with only necessary interventions as they arise or as I request. I do not want to be in a birthing environment where I don’t understand the language or I am not familiar with optional vs required interventions from the medical team. Following birth I am looking for support with navigating post partum and breastfeeding as a first time mother.
Looking to have a natural home water birth. Low budget, not on insurance right now. But willing to pay for good care so I don't have to go to a hospital. Will be me and my husband and my mother in a quiet, dimly lit room. I envision a relaxing and patient, intentional labor, with movement and rest. Would love to have a positive, encouraging environment where I am allowed to ask questions and the midwives will be confident and reassuring, never rushing me.
I’m looking for a doula to support me during my first hospital birth, due August 5th. I plan to deliver at Greensboro’s Women & Children’s Hospital and will be using Medicaid/Healthy Blue coverage if available. I want a calm, supportive, and reassuring birth experience with someone who can help advocate for me, keep me comfortable, and guide me through labor emotionally and physically. I’d like support with breathing, positioning, pain management techniques, and staying relaxed during labor. My goal is to have a positive hospital birth where I feel informed, supported, and respected throughout the process.
This is my first pregnancy so I’m very new to everything, I plan to do a traditional birth at the hospital. I don’t have a birth plan or a budget at the moment
I plan to give birth in a hospital but I need a doula that will help me advocate for myself. I have an overall “what I don’t want” but I’m terrible at advocating for myself and need a voice to help me not be swayed into something I don’t want to have. I am looking for a non-religious doula if possible and especially need one that takes Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina insurance. My goal is to have a natural birth in the birthing center (that’s attached to the hospital), I do not want an epidural but I’m open to trying nitrous oxide, I do not want to be induced, I’m aiming for infrequent cervical checks since they aren’t actually a way to assess progress, I want to delay cord clamping until the cord has stopped pulsating. I want to do immediate skin to skin with me and then with my husband and almost all tests can be done while doing skin to skin. I also do not want the baby taken out of my sight at any point unless for a medical emergency in which case my husband or doula would need to keep an eye on my baby at all times. I can’t think of anything else at the moment.
I would like to deliver either at home water birth or at a birthing center. A midwife that accepts United healthcare Medicaid. Someone that is able to handle any possible obstacle that we may face.
I plan to give birth in the hospital. I’m not sure what the prices are like but I guess around 75 an hour. I don’t really have a birth plan yet I have no idea what to expect really
