Hi there, I am an experienced midwife who is taking a hiatus from the on call life of being a midwife to be present with my 10 year old twins. I have extensive experience with breastfeeding, twins, newborns, etc. I love nurturing mamas and babies during the postpartum period. This time can be challenging for new parents but having someone to answer questions and provide support is crucial to making this transition smooth and enjoyable. I’d love to be able to work with your family as a postpartum doula.
Christa has an amazing heart, she was there to help answer whatever questions I had and put my mind at ease. I got a few hours of sleep while she cared for my baby and then helped with breastfeeding when my baby was ready to nurse. She helped me resolve some nursing concerns and before I knew it my baby was latching without a problem and with no more pain! I would recommend Christa to any new moms!

Hi! I’m Morgan, a holistic doula based in Spring Hill, TN. With a passion for pregnancy, birth and postpartum support, I advocate for women to choose the path that resonates with them, blending traditional midwifery and free birth philosophies. Having personally experienced the enchantment of childbirth twice as a mother, I aspire to guide and empower other moms on their magical journey. At 25, a wife, and a mother of two boys (3 and 6 months), I bring a unique perspective to my practice. Balancing holistic approaches with an understanding of the essential role of western medical intervention, I ensure a supportive and diverse approach to each pregnancy. As a former hairstylist, I’ve transitioned my passion for nurturing to the realm of birth. Outside of doula work, you’ll find me indulging my Scorpio spirit, watercolor painting, enjoying music, and perhaps a bit too passionately savoring my coffee. Let’s embark on your birthing journey together, embracing the magic and empowerment it brings!
Morgan is such a kind, caring, beautiful soul, that will be an amazing support during the most important time of your life. She is intentional, proactive and attentive- she will surely be the best fit for all of your birthing needs. I have witnessed first hand how well Morgan reacts under pressure and I can say she is someone I would want in my corner while giving birth. As a mom, Morgan is experienced as she handles things with grace and has such a soothing presence. I think Morgan with Haven Birthing Co would be such a great choice as a doula for your birthing journey.

I am an experienced, trained, and certified birth doula and an advocate for changing the birth narrative in our world. Overcoming the heartbreaking loss of my mom through childbirth, I faced my own fears through my three births. During those experiences, I uncovered profound strength, resilience, and courage beyond my wildest imagination. Birth invites us on a journey of self-empowerment. It would be my honor to be your guide as you courageously step into your own birth story, the same way I did.

Tameka Barber is a wife, mother, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. Tameka has loved all things birth and baby related since childhood and after her own liberating pregnancy and birth experience, she knew it was time to step into her passion of birth-work. Tameka wants to remind women of their natural strength and empower them to step into motherhood with knowledge, autonomy, and confidence, creating a positive and empowering pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience.
Tameka was my doula for my second daughter’s birth. I had a traumatic experience delivering my first daughter, so I chose to have a doula for the birth of my second daughter. She was very helpful during my labor and postpartum. She helped instruct my husband on things he could do to help my pain. She also helped me to advocate for myself while I was in labor. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to have a doula.

Hello, my name is Olivia Augusta Kimball. I am a Certified Doula and Registered Midwife with over 22 years of experience in birth work, having attended more than 3,600 births. My passion is walking alongside families through one of life’s most profound journeys - pregnancy, birth, and the tender postpartum period. I specialize in breech, twin births and preemie babies as well as lactation support, helping mothers and families achieve confidence and success in breastfeeding. My approach is rooted in both skill and compassion, ensuring families feel safe, supported, and empowered in their choices. Now based in the Nashville area, I am honored to offer my services as both a birth doula and a postpartum doula. For those who wish, I also provide prenatal and postpartum massage and ritual offerings as part of my care packages, creating a deeply nurturing, holistic and sacred experience. I also specialize in Placenta Medicine and offer a variety of options for your placenta should you desire. I am committed to holding space for all families, and I have a deep dedication to also supporting queer families with the respect, affirmation, and care every family deserves. It is my joy to bring decades of wisdom, hands-on expertise, and heartfelt presence to every family I serve.
Our Journey with Olivia started when I discovered that I was already almost 3 months pregnant. In fact before I was present at my niece’s birth when my sister also gave birth at home and Olivia was her midwife. Since then, I knew that when I got pregnant I would want her as my midwife. Of course this is a decision to be made as a couple so when I spoke with my husband he was quite apprehensive as we were in the most difficult financial phase of our lives and we could do it for free through the national health system. He told me “ My love, with that money we can feed many poor people and God will be more pleased with us, but you decide” to which I replied “But the pregnancy and birth are very important for the future of our baby and can affect him so much” so we decided to choose Olivia and giving birth at home. It was definitely the best decision. The only decision. Olivia took care of us from every corner that we didn’t even know existed. She gave us so much information and all through natural means. She is very down to earth at the same time. We followed all her advice and we understood all the science involved and I can tell you that the results where amazing. I was hearing and seeing my pregnant friends suffering and with bloated feet etc. I had the best pregnancy ever, no bloated feet, not exhausted, full of energy eating very well and the results were a very healthy son. My birth was not easy at all because of my body structure and my son had his head in the wrong position. It took 14 hours and most of it was in the expulsion part. I can tell you if I was in a Hospital I am sure they would have done a C-section. She advised us at every step in a very smooth and organic way with all the science involved explained and with simple daily steps. And she gave us all her love. On the birth day she involved the family and created the best environment for this very special day. The most difficult and the best day of our lives. I had my husband and my mother always around, and she explained them how to do this special massage to relieve the pain and special smoothies etc. I can’t explain all the magic but in such a difficult moment she makes the best environment happen. After the baby borns she is there for you to assist you in every detail, teach you and make you feel confident and happy without fears (there are so many new parents full of fears and even many arrive to not be able to breastfeed, and simply because they didn’t have this assistance). My husband, one week after the birth, said to me “you know, if we had more money I would pay Olivia much more because really, she is more than great, you were right!” I had amazing recovery after the birth because I followed all her advice and of course my family support. But truly her knowledge is amazing. She has more than 3000 births experience in very different conditions even in African countries with very poor conditions. And I think that that experience and her BIG heart made her a really amazing midwife and friend. I wish I had more words to describe better. Until today years later I ask her questions when my son is sick or I have any doubt, and always I get a complete response of someone who really cares. I hope she trains more people to be like her because this world really needs it. I had a very good friend giving birth some days before me in the hospital. She got no explanations what so ever and when she went home she and her baby were sick. So I advise her to consult Olivia which she did and then she called me and said “sister thank you so much really, Olivia saved us, she is amazing”. We are not aware but there are many diseases and conditions that a baby can get just because of the birth or the pregnancy, especially breathing problems ( like I have) and we can avoid it just having the right knowledge and help on our side. And Olivia, apart from being a good friend, she has that knowledge and gives that help. I know she is not in my country at the moment but I told her when I get pregnant again (soon inshallah) she must come or I will go to her because I don’t want anyone else but her as our midwife. I am sure God will reward her for her great heart and amazing “work”. Thank you Olivia. We love you.

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, skiing, swimming and spending time with family.

I love helping families during this sacred transition, and my work with children and families has shown how vital emotional health is for the mother, baby, and family. That means that everyone is getting the time they need. Siblings need one-on-one time with parent(s), baby need basic needs met round the clock, mom needs to rest and recover, and parents need time to connect with each other. I try to be a calm, peaceful, and non-intrusive presence to help relieve the tension by providing time for the family during this delicate period of transition. I look forward to seeing how I can help your family during postpartum transition.
Ghene’t is such a warm, calm, positive presence in our home. She watches my (now) 1 & 2 year old children and they love her. She is quick to get on the floor and use imaginative and educational play to engage them while also providing a nurturing and calm environment for them. She is reliable, communicative, and observant of the children’s needs and concerns. I have leaned on Ghene’t to help us through bedtime routines, developmental changes such as transitioning from a bottle to solids, and we will soon be tackling potty training. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about Ghene’t, we just love her!

I enjoy watching TV spending, time with my children and, taking vacations. I've had a passion for conception pregnancy and birth since I was a teenager. You shouldn't have to feel like you're fighting against your beliefs and intuition. Most importantly you want what's best for your baby. I believe that "No one cares how much you know until, they know how much you care! At Leavitt's Itty-Bitty Delivery that is our commitment to our clients. With over 10 years of experience in the birthing field over 30 certifications, I strive to find answers and question everything with or without clinical trials, ACOG recommended standard of care. I meet my clients where they are, not on a spectrum that places all we knew and know about midwifery today on a sliding scale! I aim to break those barriers and get answers to all things prenatal, postpartum and newborn assessments and unnecessary treatments given due to protocols and policies that protect themselves and not the patients. I am also accredited A on the Better Business Bureau, WebMD, Vitals and several other sites. I have served my community for free in the past if insurance was not covered. I am unable to provide free services for births, I try to make up by working with your budget and will try for out-of-pocket reimbursements from insurance. I also serve the Elite communities as well.
