Essential Doula Care Package
-Two prenatal visits to include basic childbirth education, birth plan development, resources, birth rehearsal, and more. -Ongoing Educational support via phone and email throughout pregnancy -Assist in Birthing Techniques, such as hypnobirthing to relax your body, guide your thoughts and control your breathing. -Physical and emotional support throughout your labor. This includes advocating for your needs with your labor team. -Up to two hours of immediate postpartum support following birth.

-The Essential Doula Care Package -Plus weekly check-ins starting at 36 weeks based on your desire. -And one 60-90 minute postpartum visit within the first 3 weeks after birth to process your journey, provide lactation support and any guidance you need.
