Hi, I’m Rachel Jeffers, a DONA-trained postpartum doula dedicated to supporting families through the early days of parenthood. Since May 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working as a Peer Helper with Ohio WIC, providing guidance and education to expectant and new mothers. In May 2023, I expanded my expertise by becoming a Certified Lactation Specialist, deepening my ability to assist families with infant feeding and breastfeeding support. As a mom of two, I understand both the joys and challenges of welcoming a new baby. My passion for this work comes from my own experiences—I know how valuable compassionate, knowledgeable support can be during this transition. My goal is to empower families with the confidence, resources, and reassurance they need to create a nurturing and loving environment. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this beautiful and transformative time!

Hi, I’m Kailyn! As a mom of five, I've learned firsthand how much preparation (or lack there-of) and mindset for birth and beyond can color our future relationship with our babies and ourselves. After my own home and hospital births, live births and loss, I decided to pursue professional trainings as a birth, loss, and postpartum doula. I'm honored to share with you many ways I've learned to be prepared and help maintain (or re-gain) a positive outlook and self-concept through all the ups and downs of motherhood.
I had Kailyn as my birth Doula and I chose the Gold package. I just gave birth on jan 20th and kailyn was with me the whole time I labored till the birth of my baby. She helped me achieve my birth plan which was to give birth natural with no pain medication. She went above and beyond to give me the best care ever. I felt very confident having her by my side during birth and this is an experience that I will always cherish. She was ther for me prenatally and answered all the questions that I had about pregnancy and birth. I am looking forward to working with her postpartum. If you need a birth Doula, you won't regret having her as your birth Doula.
