About me

Hello! My name is Chandra Larocque, and I am a postpartum & labor doula, certified through ProDoula. I serve the Henderson, Las Vegas, and Boulder City Nevada areas. I am a mama to 3 awesome kids, and numerous animals. I work as homeschool parent, a sculptural artist, sound healer, and a doula. I have a passion for nurturing, and caring for people + animals (I am a foster mom for cats). I am so excited to get to know you, and to be of service! I have a lot of love & care to give. I'm here to empower, support, and help you along your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I can't wait to meet you, and help you discover your power, and all that you are capable of! My special interests would be working with pregnant youth, sound healing during postpartum recovery, birth art classes, hospital & home births, and natural remedies of healing (sound healing, belly binding).

I offer prenatal visits, along with labor and postpartum services. This can look like whatever you want, I'm here to listen and be the support you need! I can do hands on or hands off support, this is entirely up to you. I can also teach Birth Art classes. Full Labor Support Package
Phone/Text support: I'm on call for you (through text & phone calls) during your pregnancy. If something arises and you need me, give me a call. Please don't hesitate, I'm here for you 100%. Birth plan session: Let's get together and talk about your birth plan, so you can have a wonderful birth with good communication, and flow. Attending the birth: I will be on call at 37 weeks, ready to receive your call to let me know you've gone into labor. I will meet you at home (for home births) or the hospital ASAP. Postpartum visit: This service looks like daily phone calls after you return home, and an in person visit, once you've gotten settled into your home. I can help with maternal care (making sure you're taking care of yourself) help with baby care, lactation, and more! I can cater this plan to meet your specific needs. Lets chat soon! Pahrump clients: $50 gas fee for each visit to you home.

Postpartum Support Package
This plan is catered to the individual. How ever many hours you may need, will depend on the situation. I am here for all of your needs! I do have a 3 week minimum, with at least a 3 hour shift each week. Phone check-ins after birth: I will check in on you, to see how thins are going. In home visits~ Face to face support: A shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen.   Light housework: Dishes, tidy up home, fold laundry, food prep. Feeding support: Help with breast, or bottle feeding. Maternal care: Give support to the client, and catering to your individual needs, however that may look, prioritizing self care. Infant care: Help with feedings, sleep schedule, basic newborn care education. Day hours (6am-9pm) $30 an hour (Minimum 3 hour visit) for no less than 3 weeks. Pahrump Clients: $50 gas fee for each visit to your home.

Ayurvedic Belly Binding
Basic Package $150 3 - Muslin belly binding cloths to use/keep. 1 - Womb massage 1 - Womb (self massage) instruction 1 - Self-belly binding instruction 1 - Belly binding session done by me after womb massage 1 - Cup of herbal healing tea Add on~ +$30 1 - 15 Minute Sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls + elemental Koshi chimes The belly binding provides womb support, and can help with shedding water weight, support the internal organs, speed up uterine involution, and to help with excess fat storage in the belly area. Chandra was such a huge help for me during postpartum! She was able to assist with laundry, baby care, meal prep and more. She was able to care for the baby while I napped to catch up on rest after a long night. I would highly recommend Chandra for any doula support you need!
