About me

My name is Ashke. I am a mother, educator, herbalist, nutritionist, and doula dedicated to supporting women through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. After birthing my son at home, I felt the call to help other women navigate through their experience of pregnancy and birth. I bring a holistic approach to my work, grounded in the values of informed consent, inclusivity, and compassionate care. I completed my doula training with Birthing from Within and did a one year apprenticeship with experienced doulas in Colorado Springs. I now serve families in the Bloomington, Indiana area.
