About me

Hello, my name is Brittany and I am the founder of The Pine Cradle Collective, your newest Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula service in the Austin area. I have been a full time nanny for 8 years so I have a ton of experience with a lot of different families and kids of all ages. I found that my true passion was with new parents and infants. I love to be the one who can offer the support a new parent needs and to help guide the way through the transition of parenthood. I find myself truely excited to be able to offer my services to both new parents and those who have done this before. In my free time I love to read, play board games with my friends, and do the occasional puzzle.

Service introduction

The three services that I offer are Overnight Newborn Care Specialist work, daytime posppartum doula work, and consultations. Overnight NCS work is primarily focused on working with the baby one on one in an overnight shift, ranging anywhere from 8-12 hours in length. The appropriate age range for this service is typically from Newborn to 4 months of age. My postpartum doula services are only during daytime hours and are a more holistic service where I am focused on the family unit as a whole, giving extra attention to the birth giver and the baby, as well as helping with household tasks. My consultations come in 15-minute incriments and this is a service where we can schedule a zoom to talk about all things baby. The 15 minute sessions are great for follow-up questions and clarifications while the 45 minute sessions are great for talking about nursery essentials, what things you really need to survive newborn life, and general newborn education.
