I hope to avoid tearing and a C-section and would like support with positioning, breathing, and movement during labor. Being able to move freely, change positions, walk, and labor naturally is very important to me. I’m looking for a calm, supportive birth experience focused on helping me feel comfortable, informed, and empowered throughout labor and delivery.
