Stressed about breast feeding, infant not feeding long, i feel like my milk supply is low, and it seem like infant is never full
I’m having my 2nd baby, expected around 6/30/2026. My first time around, I really didn’t know much, didn’t know the right questions to ask - and because my baby girl had a cow milk protein allergy, my diet took a severe hit- and as a result, my diet/nutrition/postpartum lactation experience wasn’t great - and I stopped at 6 months. This time, I want to do better and know proactively what to do, timing of feeding v pumping, how to keep a steady supply
Need help with breastfeeding latching and pumping.
1) looking for a lactation consultant as I am producing only 1oz of milk for my month old baby. Currently bf and supplementing with formula (she drinks 2-3 ounces) 2) also wanted to inquire about night nannies. Thank you! Budget: unsure as I’m new to a nanny.

Mercy Hospital Center 1,000 Have a safe and healthy delivery
I am 26 years old and this is my first child so I would like someone to just give me advice and basically be there for me through this journey. I would like to give birth at a birthing center close to a hospital if I need to go to it, but I am not opposed to going to the hospital I just don't want to have the baby on my back. My budget is under $2,000 preferably. I also would like to try and breast feed to know what drinks or food I can intake now to help with that. I am also a picky eater so helping me come up with a balanced diet would also be a great help as well. I just would like to prep on what I should be doing each month and things I need to order so that I can already have it before the baby comes.
11 weeks postpartum and exclusively pumping with low supply and working to increase output. Seeking guidance on improving pumping efficiency and overall supply.
Home visit ibclc certified lactation consultant Maryland
Holy Cross Hospital in Silcer Spring, MD. Hoping to be $1000 or less for birth doula. Hospital birth with limited interventions. Although I’m not against epidural if I feel it’s necessary for pain. Looking for an advocate for myself and husband.
I am looking for a doula to have guidance on having a mother vaginal birth following a cesarean birth from my last pregnancy. I want to avoid that happening again and especially avoid that healing process I had to go through with my little boy.
i need baby to take bottle again . she refuses .
Howard Hospital $3000 Provider must be Black with at least 5 years of experience, over 40 and has experience with women of advanced maternal age. Must be available for labor/delivery and postpartum Prefer someone who does light cleaning, is a sleep and lactation consultant.
We’re moving midway through the pregnancy to the DC region, Maryland side. We’ll probably live in the Rockville area but I’m hoping to give birth with the midwives at George Washington University’s hospital. I’m looking for a labor doula to support an unmediated birth. I also struggled with low supply with my first child so I’m hoping to find a lactation consultant who specialises in that. We have Tricare, which covers both doulas and IBCLCs.
Lactation consultant. Our 5 week old son is having problems latching, so he spits up a lot, gets gas, and is fussy a lot. This is affecting naps and sleeps. Need someone who accepts TRICARE select.
I’m not totally sure so starting there would be great haha
Baby isn’t latching successfully, I’m pumping but want to increase my supply
This is my third baby and I breastfed months two but her latch isn’t deep enough and I’m really struggling to breastfeed her. I’m at the point here I am exclusively pumping and I don’t know how to help her with her latch. I’ve done every position and have used nipple shields. The nipple shields help a little but she stl finishes feeding via bottle. I would like to breastfeed more than bottle feed and I think her latch needs to be deeer. My nipples are very irritated because of this. She’s 6 weeks old.
