If anyone that has experience with these locations that would be awesome . I am a FTM who will be delivering my baby via c-section at Johns Hopkins. I am looking for postpartum nutritional support, specifically in-home meal planning and preparation for the first 4 weeks. I want to make sure I’m eating a balanced diet to aid in post-op recovery and breastfeeding. Budget is flexible and negotiable, estimated between $3000-$4000 depending on services provided; grocery costs will be covered. We are a covid and respiratory illness-conscious household. Must be comfortable wearing a KN95 mask while in our home and near baby.
