Preferably a doula that believes in medical and holistic care, believes in women's ability to naturally birth children without excessive intervention, and is willing to assert themselves in the event of medical malpractice.

I plan to give birth in a hospital My budget is whatever tricare my insurance covers . My birth plan is to have a unmedicated birth. I also would like some minimal help after birth specifically on baby information ( latching, post partum help, baby needs)

Going birth at a women’s and babies hospital facility. I am unsure of a budget. I would like to try to give birth naturally, but epidural is not off the table completely, no C-section unless medically necessary. Delayed cord clamping.
