I plan to give birth at UMass Memorial Hospital. I don’t have a budget in mind, just collecting information for now. Am I able to use FSA funds to pay for these services? I plan to have an epidural and would like the labor & delivery process to be as quick and painless as possible.

Currently expecting twin girls and striving for a natural birth and need an advocate in the room for me other than my husband. I will deliver at Brigham and women’s hospital. I live in Clinton and plan to give birth at St. Vincent’s Hospital (due to insurance) and would like to labor at home for as long as possible before going in. My goal is an unmedicated birth. My first pregnancy and birth were overall positive. I progressed to 7 cm before choosing an epidural. This time, I’m looking for a birth doula who can help me stay focused, grounded, and supported through labor with strong guidance on pain management, positioning, and relaxation techniques. I value a holistic, health focused approach to pregnancy and birth, with a strong foundation in fitness, nutrition, and body awareness. I’m looking for someone who aligns with those values, provides evidence based support, and can confidently hold space while also guiding me when I need it.
