Arija was definitely heaven sent. She was our Doula for our youngest son. Being that I had a cesarean with my 1st born, I was determined to have a natural birth with my 2nd. Arija was there every step of the way. She was extremely informative and I learned so much from her, especially when it came to breastfeeding. She’s so caring and loves what she does. Not only did she assist me with having a successful and wonderful VBAC, she made sure I was great during my postpartum as well. We have a doula for life.

Arija is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, understanding, patient, supportive and detail oriented. She has so many resources to share and personal experience that helped me during my pregnancy, delivery; postpartum, and breastfeeding journies. She’s empowering and always made sure she told me she was proud of me. As someone that rarely hears that from people close to me, it meant the world to me to hear it from her so often.

Arijja Israel is amazing !!! She has helped me with my worries about my breast milk production; giving me all the resources and tools necessary to have an amazing breastfeeding experience. Recently she has also helped me with my transition to pumping due to having to go into work. The first day of pumping I pumped only 2oz but with her tips , the next day I pumped 4OZ!!! Her tips and tools are personalized and work so well ! She is the best !!
