I’m Anne Fleming, a doula serving women across Metro Detroit with dedicated support during both labor and the postpartum period. I’m passionate about walking alongside women and their families during this important season, offering physical and emotional care that helps them feel confident and supported. Whether I’m providing comfort measures during labor or nurturing mothers in the early weeks after birth, my goal is to create a calm, reassuring presence and offer encouragement every step of the way. It’s my joy to help women feel empowered and cared for as they welcome new life into their families.

Labor Doula
As your doula, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your labor and birth. This package includes: 1-2 prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, and prepare you for labor Continuous support during active labor and birth, at home and/or your chosen birth location Comfort techniques such as breathing, positioning, massage, and relaxation Support for your partner and family members Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth) to help with initial bonding One postpartum follow-up visit to check in and offer additional guidance My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and cared for every step of the way. *Fixed price is for 12 hours of labor support; if support exceeds that, an hourly rate of $35 will be applied

Post Partum doula
As your postpartum doula, I provide in-home support to help you adjust to life with your new baby. This package includes: Emotional support and encouragement during the early weeks Newborn care guidance (soothing, sleep routines, diapering, etc.) Light household help (laundry, tidying, meal prep) to ease your transition Care for your well-being, ensuring you get rest, nourishment, and time to recover Support for older siblings as they adjust to the new baby Flexible scheduling to meet your family’s needs (daytime and/or evening hours) My goal is to help you feel rested, confident, and supported as you settle into this new chapter.

Post Partum Night Doula
Overnight Support Package As your night doula, I provide calm, nurturing support while you rest and recover. This package includes: In-home overnight care for your newborn (soothing, diapering, and comforting) Assistance with sleep routines to help everyone get more rest Light household tasks related to baby care (bottle washing, tidying nursery) Emotional support and reassurance during those quiet nighttime hours Care for your well-being by helping you get the sleep you need to feel refreshed My goal is to bring peace of mind through the night so you can wake up feeling rested and supported.

I didn’t meet Annie until I was about 35 weeks pregnant, but from the very beginning, she made me feel completely supported and at ease. Even though we connected late in my pregnancy, she jumped right in with warmth, knowledge, and encouragement that made it feel like she'd been part of my journey all along. When I went into labor, Annie came exactly when I needed her. She met us at the hospital and was an absolute rock throughout the entire process. Her presence was calming, grounding, and so reassuring. She knew just what to say and do to help me stay focused and confident, and she worked beautifully alongside the hospital staff while always prioritizing my comfort and wishes. Having Annie by my side made such a difference. She helped create a birth experience that felt empowering and supported — I truly can’t imagine going through it without her. Thank you, Annie, for being there when I needed you most and for bringing so much care and strength into such an important moment in my life.
