About me

Hey everyone! My name is Andrea and I am a birth doula serving the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities. I came to birth work through my own pregnancy, and what I discovered changed everything. Our bodies are not just capable of birth — they are magnificently designed for it. Every contraction, every breath, every moment of labor is part of a beautifully orchestrated process that women have carried within them since the beginning of time. I believe with my whole heart that birth can and should be a powerful, peaceful, and deeply fulfilling experience. As your doula, my role is to meet you exactly where you are and walk with you every step of the way — from your first prenatal conversation to your first moments as a mother. I bring evidence-based knowledge and genuine advocacy to every birth, so that you feel informed, heard, and empowered to make the choices that are right for you and your baby. My philosophy is rooted in one truth: your body is divine, beautifully made, and fully equipped. My job is simply to remind you of that when you need it most.
