As a certified birth doula, my mission is to always be there by giving emotional, and educational support! Empowering every woman during such a joyful journey! The services I offer come in two different packages.

Packages
Prenatal, Labor, Postpartum
This package includes personalized prenatal support, birth plan creation, ongoing communication, partner guidance, 24/7 on-call availability from 36 weeks, continuous labor assistance and a postpartum visit. Provide one on one exercise visit.

This package includes Labor support only and covers 10 hours of labor support at the hospital or home.

Ana was great and very supportive thru out the whole experience. Im grateful for her and her support and guidance throughout the whole process, between massages and encouraging words , really made my labor and delivery providers smoother! Would definitely recommend
