My husband and I are so thankful we chose to have a doula for our second birth and Alysha was a great fit for us. My husband was able to rest during my labor with our son and I was never alone. I am a woman who thrives on rythm and quiet, but I did not want to be alone. Alysha was a calm and comforting presence and knew when to give me the space I needed. Her presence helped my husband and I to advocate for our preferences and she gave positioning suggestions when we needed them. Our birth was so much more peaceful this time and I believe Alysha's presence had a big impact on that. I reccomend getting a doula to everyone!

Amaryllis Doula Services was absolutely amazing. Before the birth she explained her services in great detail that I understood, if I did not understand she explained in a way I could understand. During the birth she was a God send. I'm trying to figure out how I made it through my previous births without her. All the different techniques she has were extremely helpful during labor and birth. The after visits were fun. We talked about everything and nothing all at the same time. I opted for the placenta services, and I'm so glad I did. Knowing this was my last baby I wanted the full experience, and she delivered!!!!! I highly recommend Amaryllis Doula Services for any birthing person. She is extremely helpful!!!!!!!

I cannot express enough how AMAZING it was to have Alysha with us on our journey. This was my 3rd child but having her by my side, coaching me, comforting me, pushing me, being my voice when I just could not, was something I did not know I needed. She brought out a side of me I didnt know existed, I did not know i could be so strong and accomplished what I did onnmy own! Alysha took the time to get to know me, know my previous births, even get to know my spouse to properly help when it came to go time. She always made sure I felt heard and responded in a timely manner. She made sure I knew all my choices and had no problem telling me those in front of the professionals. Highly recommend Amaryllis Doula Services. She's very knowledgeable. Her suggestions kept labor progressing, greatly reduced pain, and helped avoid tearing. It was a huge comfort to have her by my side in the delivery room. I appreciate the preparations we made before labor as well (education, birth plan, energy sessions).
